Full payment will be required on ordering. The prices shown for goods exclude postage and packing. The charge for postage and packing, if chargeable, is shown in the checkout before you are asked to confirm your order. All prices include vat.
Grass Next Day shall remain the owner of all goods until the full amount of invoice of value has been paid.
3. Accuracy of content
Grass Next Day has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. We have made every effort to ensure that the colours of our products that appear on our website are accurate. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. If you are unsure, please request a sample pack.
We are unable to give precise delivery times unless agreed in advance. Our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.
Orders placed before by 12.00pm on any given working day can be delivered as early as the next working day. This is not guaranteed.
If you place an order on a Friday and you use the Express Delivery option, your goods will be delivered on the next working day, Monday unless you use the Saturday delivery option.
Grass Next Day will not entertain any claim for compensation because of late delivery, which is handled by a third party carrier and is out of our control. We cannot accept liability for time or economic loss as a result of non/late delivery.
Grass Next Day cannot be held responsible for late deliveries if the customer has entered the wrong address or postcode during checkout.
Please note, our published delivery prices are for UK mainland only. For deliveries to Northern Island, Scottish Highlands and any other offshore locations please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order.
5. Your delivery
We use a national courier service for most deliveries. The courier operate a one man delivery service and the delivery is to the nearest accessible kerbside to the property. Some drivers will be happy to help with the delivery but we can not guarantee that the driver will take the item into your property. More so on large items and upstairs flats.
Upon delivery it will be necessary for the driver to obtain a signature. Drivers are allocated a maximum of 15 minutes to off load and obtain a signature.
When the delivery arrives, please check the item(s) are free from damage before signing. Please also check that you have received the correct item(s) and size(s). If damage is found, please write so on the carriers delivery note. Any damage must be reported to Grass Next Day within 24 hours of signing.
Grass Next Day will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/refused/failed/delayed/returned deliveries by either the carrier or yourself on the basis of being unable to unload to an agreeable location within the 15 minute timescale or are prevented from do so by access restrictions.
If, for any reason, the carrier is unable to deliver your order, it will be returned the the carriers local depot where it will be held for a maximum of 3-5 days, then automatically returned to us. Charges will apply for re delivery.
6. Roll sizing
The width of your grass will always be specified during the order selection, however on rare occasions the manufactures width may vary by a margin of approximately +\- 1%. We would always advise you to take this into consideration when deciding on the measurements to purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders which are short or too long within these manufacturing tolerances.
You must ensure that both yourself and/or your nominated are fully aware that once you or your installer cut the material you accept and own it.
7. Distance selling regulations 2000
You have the right to cancel your order ( prior to shipment ) for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. However, if an order has already been shipped and has left our possession, we will require you to pay the associated costs of returning the item to us before we will refund the purchase. Also, under the Distance Selling Act, you have 14 statutory days starting from the working day after you received your goods, to cancel and return the goods for a full refund. However, the buyer is required to pay all postage costs and cutting charges back to Grass Next Day and the goods must be unused and in their original packing. If the product has been used, cut, attempted fitting, or you do not have the original packing, this will be deemed as acceptance of goods and we will accept or decline the return at our discretion.
8. Refunds and faulty items policy
If you, the customer, wishes to return a product(s) within their 14 days statutory rights period, a full refund, minus collection charges, will be issued if the following conditions are met,
- Goods are sealed in their original packaging.
- Goods have not been used, tampered with, fitted in any way.
- Goods must be returned in full, including all parts and any free products.
In accordance with distance selling regulations, we require an email confirmation that you wish to return item(s).
